Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience with K-12 students in school settings and proficiency with assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Document sessions and participate in IEP meetings.
