Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Columbia, SC team for the 26/27 school year. The role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to PreK-12 students, with a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) starting August 2026.

Requirements include a Master's in SLP, SC SLP license and teaching certificate, and current ASHA certification. Compensation starts at $50/hour and includes comprehensive benefits and collaborative support from a dedicated

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SC SLP license and teaching certificate
• Current ASHA certification
• Experience with K-12 or pediatric populations
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support goals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Document therapy sessions and progress accurately and timely.
