Develop and implement individualized speech language therapy plans for students.
Evaluate student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success.
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in EMR.
Provide support and training to school staff on communication strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with state license or certification.
ASHA Certification and South Carolina state licensure required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in school settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full days in a school environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to pass a background check.
Empathy, patience, and adaptability essential.
Physical ability to assist students with mobility and perform assessments.
