Job summary

Cross Country Education in Puyallup, WA is seeking a School Services School Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract for the 2026-2027 school year. The role runs 41 weeks with a 40-hour workweek and an 8-hour shift.

You will assess speech, language, fluency, voice and social-communication, provide individual or small-group therapy, support AAC systems, document services, and collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to help K-12 students achieve their communication

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Washington State SLP license and ESA Certification.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY status.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, fluency, voice, and social-communication evaluations and provide therapy for K-12 students.
• Develop and monitor communication goals, document services, and contribute to IEPs and meetings.
• Evaluate and support AAC systems and tools for students with complex needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
