Job summary

Soliant, in partnership with a Fremont, CA school district, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves evaluating students, creating IEP goals, and delivering therapy both one-on-one and in small groups.

The candidate should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP is preferred or in progress, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC-SLP preferred or in progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine student needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations and service planning.
• Create a supportive, inclusive environment for students with speech and language disorders.
