Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our San Jose area team, serving K-12 students and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a California license (and eligibility for the school credential). CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply. Salary is $73,000–$94,000 annually, full-time with benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license required.
• California school-based credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders in a school-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech and language services.
• Educate families and school staff on strategies to support communication development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings.
