Soliant is seeking a compassionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Elkton, MD. This full-time role supports students in developing communication skills essential for academic success and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Maryland SLP license (or eligibility) is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply).

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Elkton, MD. This is a full time role for an immediate hire or 2026-2027 hire. In this role, you will support students in developing communication skills that are essential for academic success and social interaction. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to deliver high-quality, student-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing goals and providing targeted, school-based interventions in accordance with student IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessing whether a student's speech or language impairment adversely affects their educational or social performance
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
