Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise an SLPA and manage a caseload of about 20 students in a school setting near Westover, MD. The assignment runs from August 17, 2026, through June 14, 2027, with 20–25 hours per week onsite or hybrid.

You will collaborate with IEP teams, families, and other specialists to implement individualized plans, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with district and state standards.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license.
• Maryland teaching certification current and valid.
• CCC-SLP credential required.
• Experience delivering school-based SLP services preferred.
• Adept at supervising SLPAs and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

Step into a pivotal contract opportunity supporting students' communication and learning journeys in a school-based setting near Westover, MD. Qualifications And Experience

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Maryland Teaching Certification, current and valid
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing school-based SLP services strongly preferred
• Adept at supervising SLPAs, delivering feedback, and supporting professional growth
• Comfortable working onsite and/or in a hybrid arrangement
• Strong commitment to collaborative, student-centered interventions
