Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support students with IEP goals in a K-12 setting. You will collaborate with teachers, reinforce behavior plans, and help create a safe, productive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute support in servicing the IEPs for each student in your care.

• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
