Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in West Palm Beach, FL. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct services to help students access their education.

The role requires licensure, background clearance, TB test, and strong collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must have SLP license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
• TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
