Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathology Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the Minneapolis area. The contract, full-time position welcomes CCC-SLP/CFY or licensed SLPAs passionate about student growth within a dynamic school-based team.

Licensed SLP/SLPA in Minnesota required; K-12 experience preferred. You will provide direct and indirect services, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress in line with IEPs and state

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Department of Education license as SLP or SLPA (required).
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and implement direct and consultative speech-language services.
• Commitment to fostering communicative growth in diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students based on IEPs and district needs.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment goals for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student learning and participation.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities.
