Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to support K-12 students across multiple sites near Clovis, NM. This full-time itinerant role offers exposure to diverse school environments and a meaningful opportunity to enhance student independence and education access.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• School-based experience or a strong interest in working in educational settings
• Comfort working with K-12 students of varied backgrounds and abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between sites as part of an itinerant team

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services tailored to students' individual needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments (PTs)
• Manage cases and collaborate in the development and execution of IEPs (PTs)
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
• Document sessions and monitor student progress
• For PTAs: Provide direct services under PT supervision
