Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite contract within a diverse Tennessee K-12 district. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpret results, and provide direct counseling and crisis intervention while supporting SEL initiatives.

Collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators is essential to develop student-centered plans and ensure compliant IEP processes.

Qualifications

Tennessee School Psychologist licensure is required.
Experience working with K-12 student populations.
Strong assessment, counseling and intervention skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across grade levels.
Interpret assessment results and develop individualized recommendations.
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to design appropriate interventions.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans.
Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness within the district.
Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
