Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite contract in Tennessee. The role involves psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators to support student success across a district-wide caseload.

The ideal candidate will hold Tennessee licensure, have K-12 experience, and demonstrate strong assessment, counseling, and documentation skills in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed School Psychologist by the State of Tennessee (required).
• Experience working with K-12 student populations.
• Strong psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across grade levels.
• Interpret assessment results and develop individualized recommendations.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to design interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning.
• Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness within the district.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
