Job summary

General McLane School District is seeking a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Edinboro area. The incumbent will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate on MDT/IEP/504 teams, and help determine eligibility for special education services and accommodations.

The role requires PA PDE PK-12 certification or eligibility, graduate-level training in School Psychology, and strong collaboration with families, teachers, and outside providers to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania PDE PK–12 School Psychologist certification or eligibility.
• Graduate-level preparation in School Psychology.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and PA regulations.
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment and MTSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reports.
• Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral assessments.
• Participate on MDT/IEP/504/gifted education teams.
• Determine eligibility for special education services and accommodations.
• Develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and supports.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and outside providers.
