Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide related therapy services within a public school setting in Land O Lakes, FL. You will support students receiving special education services, helping develop physical, sensory, and self-care skills to meet IEP goals.

Responsibilities include assessments, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing IEPs with measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• NBCOT certification
• Valid State OT License
• Educational/Teacher Certification if mandated by state guidelines
• Experience in pediatrics, sensory integration, neurodevelopmental therapy (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of fine motor, visual-motor, perceptual, sensory-motor, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals.
• Deliver therapy through individual, group, or consultative models per IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Support student independence and participation in academics.
