Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, onsite contract in Massachusetts for the 2026/2027 school year. The role supports student growth in a dynamic K-12 setting with a 32.5-hour weekly schedule.

You will deliver OT services, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their goals. Applicants should hold a valid MA OT license and have experience in school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in providing OT interventions and evaluations for diverse student needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload across K-12 grade levels.
• Commitment to supporting each student’s individual goals and educational plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success.
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional insight and recommendations.
• Adapt interventions and strategies to accommodate a range of learning environments and student needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and district training.
