Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a school-based occupational therapist for a rewarding contract role near Greenfield, MA. You will serve roughly 30 students across a district, delivering OT services in school settings and collaborating with educators, families, and staff.

Choose between a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week or a 4-day, 24-hour workweek, with flexible balance and ongoing professional growth. Travel to multiple schools is required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts OT license required.
• Experience in school-based OT or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple schools within the district.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to educational goals.
• Deliver direct therapy to students in individual or small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and families to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and accommodations.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and outcomes.
