Centennial Mental Health Center Incorporated in Colorado seeks a School-Based Mental Health Specialist to provide MTSS-based behavioral health outreach and collaboration with K-12 districts. The role will liaison with districts, coordinate trainings, and support school-based services across Centennial’s multi-county catchment.

Qualifications

• Experience with educators, children and adolescents in the school-based setting.
• Knowledge of prevention, intervention and referral for school-aged children.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and coalitions.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education or behavioral health preferred/required.

Responsabilités

• Provide MTSS-based behavioral health outreach and collaboration with schools.
• Serve as primary liaison for referrals and consultations with districts.
• Coordinate prevention trainings with School-Based Prevention Specialists.
• Attend monthly supervision sessions and meetings with CEO proxy.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for funding sources.
• Travel within the 10-county catchment area as needed.
