Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in food service management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills with HACCP knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer relations abilities.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus to fit community needs and ensure production schedules.
• Lead kitchen staff, coach, train, and motivate for success.
• Maintain HACCP standards and oversee inventory and ordering.
• Deliver budgeted financial results and manage cash effectively.
