Job summary

Eton Academy in Birmingham, Michigan, seeks a dynamic School Librarian (K-12) to lead our library program, develop and maintain a diverse collection, and deliver high-quality instruction in library and technology skills for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

The ideal candidate will be creative, student-focused, and data-driven, able to collaborate with teachers and parents, manage library operations, and foster a welcoming learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Librarian Certification required.
• Proven success in building and maintaining library collections.
• Strong instructional, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the school's library collections.
