Job summary

Hazelwood School District The Learning Center in Florissant, Missouri is seeking an IT Specialist to set up hardware, install software, and maintain computer labs across assigned schools. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and work with vendors to resolve system problems.

Starting date is immediate. Certification targets include Google and Dell within one year, with a minimum of 1–3 years in computer technology. This is a full-time on-site role supporting district IT operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma plus two years of college-level tech training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues in assigned schools.
• Setup, diagnose, and repair Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, thin clients in assigned schools.
• Maintain all computer labs in assigned schools.
• Provide problem determination assistance to support service personnel.
• Liaise with software vendors and District data processing department.
