Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with maintenance work or trades preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other building trades.
• Assist with installation and repair of facility equipment and components.
• Maintain District grounds, facilities, and outdoor areas.
• Repair furniture, equipment, fixtures, and building components.
• Move and arrange furniture for events; transport tools and supplies as needed.
• Maintain tools and vehicles in safe working condition.
• Complete basic maintenance records and work orders.
• Respond to urgent maintenance or safety concerns as needed.
