Mtvernon is seeking a maintenance technician to help ensure district facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role covers daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across buildings and grounds.

The position involves performing routine tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, responding to work orders promptly, and supporting various district projects and seasonal tasks. Occasional travel between district buildings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments.
