Job summary

Consertus is hiring a Project Manager to represent the Owner on K–12 school construction and renovation projects—from planning through closeout. You will own delivery, schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder coordination, working with the on-site Construction Manager, architects, engineers, and district facilities staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with district stakeholders while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction; K-12 or public education project experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative for assigned K-12 projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections, updating regularly as the project progresses.
• Administer contracts, including review and processing of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design questions and ensure design intent is carried through construction.
