Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management with a GC
• Direct K-12 or educational project experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with CMAR, CSP, or design-build delivery
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, MS Project or P6, and estimating tools
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid client-facing communication skills and the ability to work with public owners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up and renovation/addition K-12 projects
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, and cost control
• Serve as the primary contact for school districts, architects, and owner's reps
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate phasing and safety plans for occupied campuses, including summer turnovers
• Lead OAC meetings, monthly reporting, and pay applications
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers, and work closely with field leadership
