Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, elementary or secondary education, curriculum and instruction, or closely related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in K-12 education, youth programming, or program coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn program access/registration/tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and operations across multiple K-12 initiatives and partnerships; primary contact for charter school partners and OSDE.
• Lead the Charter Authorization Committee; oversee reporting, invoicing, and site visits.
• Maintain minors on campus policies and procedures; ensure compliance across activities involving minors; provide system access for K-12 programming.
• Support Kids College operations and after-school programs; assist with campus events and outreach; coordinate with front office staff and Director of K-12 Programs.
• Oversee LEAD Center daily operations; supervise front office staff; serve as main contact for parents and visitors; represent the Director in meetings.
