Phoenix Charter Academy is seeking a Coordinator of Special Projects to support the implementation of its Springfield-based initiatives. The role includes teaching a class and covering others, with a Monday–Friday schedule that may vary in actual hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in teaching, strategic initiatives, change management, and academic programming.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of critical academic projects and priorities.
• Oversee academic projects and support special education, primary person, post-secondary planning, and testing.
• Collaborate with statewide staff on tech, talent, post-secondary development.
• Partner with Head of School to manage academic programming initiatives.
• Communicate across schools and with school leaders; develop professional development materials.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and Phoenix alumni.
• Execute school-based initiatives and programs with School Leadership.
• Provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
