Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993. The role is flexible and remote-friendly, designed to fit around a full-time job, family, or retirement.

No quotas, no curriculum to write, just bring your classroom credibility and we supply everything else. This independent contractor opportunity pays per training event.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
