This independent contractor role is flexible and remote-friendly, with no quotas or ongoing sales. You bring classroom credibility, and we provide ready-to-deliver materials, certification, and a supportive trainer community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or related education professional.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Experience presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work as independent contractor (1099) and deliver trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Represent Time To Teach nationwide with professionalism and passion.
• Work with public, private, and charter schools across the country.
