Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
• You will deliver research-based professional development to teachers that they can use immediately after training.
• You will help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• You will represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• You seek work that fits your life, with many trainers keeping their full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P’s: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
• Deliver training events as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling.
