Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training on a flexible, independent-contractor basis. This remote-friendly role fits around other commitments, with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials provided.

You bring classroom credibility and real-world experience, and we supply certification through a three-day virtual program, plus a supportive national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 educator, instructional coach, administrator, or education consultant.
• Strong in front of room presenting and coaching adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to fit around existing full-time roles or family commitments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional development sessions to educators.
• Provide actionable strategies for classroom management and student engagement.
• Adapt content for diverse districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion.
