Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role requires bringing classroom credibility; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and certification.

Trainers are paid per event, no quotas, and can work around a full-time job or family commitments. Certification is a three-day virtual program, with a warm national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-tested strategies.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
