Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training on a flexible, remote-friendly contractor basis. You bring classroom credibility; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and certification.

Trainers are paid per event with no quotas, and can balance other jobs. This nationwide opportunity requires in-classroom experience and a passion for educator support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Educational degree in education or related field at bachelor level or higher.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
