Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide as independent contractors. No quotas, no curriculum to write, and complete materials are provided to start confidently.

You bring classroom credibility and a passion for professional learning. Certification, a warm national trainer community, and total flexibility help you fit this work around other commitments.

Qualifications

• You are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• You love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• You want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
