Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This remote-friendly independent contractor role fits around a full-time job or retirement, with polished materials provided and no quotas.

You will deliver PD that teachers can use Monday morning, strengthen classroom management and engagement, and coach adult learners across public, private, and charter schools.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Many trainers maintain full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development teachers can use immediately.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
