Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This independent contractor role offers flexible, remote-friendly work with no quotas, complete ready-to-deliver materials, and a trainer certification program delivered virtually.

You'll join a national network of trainers and impact thousands of students through your in-classroom experience and professional coaching of educators across public, private, and charter schools.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
