Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join a national team of trainers. This remote-friendly independent contractor role delivers ready-to-use, proven PD materials to teachers across all states.

Trainers bring classroom credibility, undergo Time To Teach certification, and work with a supportive national community. Flexible scheduling and no quotas are offered to maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules flexibly.
• Flexible, remote-friendly contractor arrangement with no quotas.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers nationwide.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using proven strategies.
• Share real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
