Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Project Coordinator (K-12) to support Mosaic Center initiatives in Indianapolis. The role focuses on coordinating college readiness activities, tours, and job shadows for K-12 students, while partnering with schools and IU Health departments to advance pipeline projects.

You will work with the K-12 lead and a broader team to organize Application Days, track outcomes, and produce routine reports that demonstrate program impact and readiness for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 0-3 years of experience is required.
• Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate college readiness workshops, facility tours, job shadows and summer internship programs for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with IPS schools and IU Health departments on K-12 pipeline initiatives.
• Plan and run Application Days – job fair style events with Talent Acquisition collaboration.
• Provide project management support to leaders and teams across initiatives.
