• Experience with children or individuals with significant support needs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with significant needs.
• Assist with academics, communication, and daily living skills as needed.
• Implement behavior support plans under the classroom team's direction.
• Support mobility, transitions, and classroom participation.
• Reinforce social, emotional, and functional life skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and related service providers.
