The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Winthrop, MA. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently.

You will assess, plan, and deliver targeted therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and support students across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Master's in OT from accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts OT license.
• Experience with children/adolescents; school-based preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help students develop academic, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Deliver services in a school setting and participate in IEP meetings.
