Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Manager (MEP) to join our PM/CM team in New Jersey/Philadelphia. The role focuses on representing K-12 owners across complex capital projects, including renovations and new construction, driving scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

The MEP Manager acts as Owner's Representative, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, managing field activities and risk to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of PM experience supporting K-12, higher education, or academic facilities.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven ability to manage multiple on-site activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint); Kahua is a plus.
• Ability to develop creative and practical solutions while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve STV authorized representative for K-12 capital projects from planning through occupancy.
• Manage MEP field activities.
• Involve with programming, budgeting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, move management, closeout.
• Develop and monitor field reports.
• Establish and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings with the project manager to move the project forward.
• Evaluate project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Review and negotiate change orders and pay applications for alignment with work in place.
