Job summary

Amplify seeks a Localization Strategist to work directly with schools and districts, embedding within planning cycles to customize content, coach educators, and develop scalable resources. You will collaborate across Customer Experience, Product, Sales, and Design to translate classroom needs into product enhancements and effective implementations.

In this role, you’ll design tailored guides and materials, model best practices, and partner with leaders to optimize Amplify’s platform use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including K–12 education, educational technology, or curriculum implementation.
• 3+ years of experience coaching or implementing with schools or districts.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional practices and/or curriculum implementation (Math or Literacy preferred).
• Familiarity with Amplify platform and curriculum development.
• Strong ability to lead professional learning and coach educators on instructional tools and platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting technology-enabled instructional products.
• Curiosity about and willingness to leverage AI tools in overall tooling and development.
• Proven capacity for execution, prioritization, and maintaining strong organization and follow-up across multiple schools, stakeholders, and priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 50–70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑impact on-site and virtual consultation and support for initial implementation and ongoing adoption refinement.
• Deliver embedded instructional coaching and modeling of effective use of digital tools.
• Partner with school leaders to identify needs and develop tailored supports.
• Deploy during back-to-school and mid-year implementations to provide hands-on support.
• Maintain ownership and follow-through across customer engagements across schools.
• Navigate complex contexts with professional judgment and ambassador-like representation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Design to inform product iteration.
• Test program implementations, gather educator feedback, translate into actionable insights.
• Develop scalable implementation strategies and best practices.
