Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Localization Strategist embedded in schools and districts to lead consultation, coaching, and customization of Amplify’s instructional platforms. You will partner with educators, leaders, and internal teams to drive program adoption, develop tailored resources, and translate classroom insights into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in K–12 education, edtech, or curriculum implementation.
• 3+ years coaching or implementation with schools/districts.
• Expertise in instructional practices or curriculum implementation (Math or Literacy preferred).
• Experience with Amplify programs and content development.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual consultation to support initial implementation and ongoing adoption.
• Deliver embedded instructional coaching and modeling for educators and administrators.
• Partner with school leaders to identify needs and develop tailored supports.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Design to inform product iteration.
• Design customized resources and tools to scale high-touch support across districts.
• Mentor peers on best practices for consultation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to 50–70% of the time for district engagements.
