Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll be supported by a team that understands the challenges and joys of this work, with onsite responsibilities in Ohio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Intensive, or K–12).
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
• Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction.
• Strong skills in behavior management, classroom structure, and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Create and manage compliant IEPs per IDEA and ODE guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and support staff
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Modify curriculum and materials for diverse learning needs
• Lead IEP and ETR meetings; engage in parent communication
• Build strong family partnerships through regular updates
