Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is onsite in Ohio with a Monday–Friday schedule, 37.5–40 hours per week, ASAP start through May 2027, and W-2 employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild/Moderate, Moderate/Intensive, or K–12).
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Deep understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction.
• Strong skills in behavior management, classroom structure, and team collaboration.
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Create and manage compliant IEPs per IDEA and ODE guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and support staff
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Modify curriculum and materials for diverse learning needs
• Lead IEP and ETR meetings; engage in parent communication
• Build strong family partnerships through regular updates
