Job summary

Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of instruction concepts and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum practices and instructional technology in K-12.
• Ability to design and deliver instruction to educators and others.
• Proficiency with PC hardware, software, and web-based applications; networking knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Support SIIP alignment with Imagine Tomorrow district plan.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement impactful professional learning and curriculum enhancements using technology.
• Lead in aligning teachers' practices to SIIP goals.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions.
• Apply continuous improvement cycles in planning and execution.
• Implement teacher coaching models with planning, modeling, and feedback cycles.
• Build capacity through learning walks, modeling, and problem-solving with teachers.
• Integrate technology into instruction via tech-focused professional development.
• Use TPACK to align tech, pedagogy, and content with plans and standards.
• Provide training for best practices in LMS usage.
• Maintain data on school support services.
• Stay current on curriculum/instruction trends and ed-tech.
