Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Human Resources procedures from appointment through separation.
• Assist with workforce budget, planning and recruitment efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and personnel information.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Google Suite

K‑12 ERP/Payroll/HR software

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize caseloads

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred
