Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or progress toward degree with 3+ years HR experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years’ K-12 HR experience in a public school setting.
• MSBO HR Certification or willingness to pursue certification is a plus.
• Ability to learn district HR, Finance/Payroll and absence management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services across the employee lifecycle including staffing, leaves, and separation processes.
• Implement contract provisions, handbooks, policies, and compensation adjustments.
• Collaborate with district leadership to coordinate HR services and reporting.
