Job summary

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, oversee the project team, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial general contracting experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage schedule, budget, and quality on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing complex projects, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time in Las Vegas or relocate for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities for a large-scale ground-up commercial project.
• Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to maintain project schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution.
• Lead and develop project team members, including the APM, Project Engineer, and Project Administrator.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, schedules, and potential risks.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
• Participate in owner and project meetings and communicate project status effectively.
